Taslim Animashaun

Chairman of the Board

Taslim Animashaun is a partner in the law firm of Animashaun, Animashaun & Associates. A graduate of law of the University of Buckingham with a Masters degree obtained from Cambridge University. A passionate Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria enrolled in 1983. He is a target driven and goal oriented Lawyer. An active member of various organizations including the Nigerian Bar Association; International Bar Association; and a Fellow of BRIPAN (Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria).
Taslim in actively involved in General Litigation, Conveyancing, Capital Markets and Finance Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Administration of Estates and Family Law, Land law with a passion for Wealth preservation. He is a Legal consultant/advisor to several companies in various sectors of the economy.
He co-authored the book entitled Succession, Wills and Probate in Nigeria published in 2002 and has just completed his second book on Landlord and Tenant Law.

Aderonke Adedeji

Director

Mrs Adedeji is currently the Managing Director of Leadway Pensure PFA, a leading Pension Fund Administrator . Prior to that she was an Executive Director with MBC International Bank Limited and MBC Securities Limited, Aderonke was Head of Capital Issues Division of ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers) for 7 years from where she moved to MBC International Bank Ltd in 1993.

Her experience covers Corporate Services and Securities, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking and Retail Banking. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and a Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA)

Dapo Osula

Director

He is a seasoned Marketer with vast managerial experience & expertise in Marketing. A graduate of Agriculture (1987) and an MBA holder who majored in Marketing (1997), both degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile – Ife Nigeria. He's also attended various local and international Management training programmes.
He is the Managing Director of Azenie Limited, a promotional and merchandising support company, with over 18 years work experience, specializing in Marketing. He also worked in various positions with Vigeo Limited between 1997 and 2005, and was the Eastern Regional Head of Vigeo Limited. In this period, Dapo was key in developing new markets and clients, which included Shell (Port Harcourt), ExxonMobil (Eket), Totalfina Elf (Port Harcourt), NLNG (Bonny) and Agip (Port Harcourt).
Dapo was also a regular facilitator and presenter for the Fate Foundation Entrepreneurial development training programme. In 2005, he voluntarily resigned and took up appointment with Azenie Limited.

Chris I. Okoro

Associate Lead Consultant

Chris is an experienced banker with over 26 years in the industry. He held positions of responsibility and leadership that cuts across the different strata of banking in both Nigerian and International banks; branch banking, treasury sales, commercial and corporate banking, credit risk and remedial management/recovery and with track records of excellent performance and recognitions.

He joined Chartered Bank now mergerd with Stanbic Bank (CB) in 1991 and was the pioneer staff and Head of Credit and Marketing, Aba branch (CB’s second branch outside of Lagos). He was with Merchant Banking Corporation then affiliated to Bank Paribas and now merged with First Bank of Nigeria Plc (MBC) for ten years where he was Head, Credit and Marketing, Port Harcourt (PH) Branch, Branch Manager Warri, Regional Manager, East and Head Treasury sales, Lagos. Between 2003 and 2008, Chris was at Ecobank Plc and United Bank for Africa Plc as Senior Manager/Zonal Coordinator South-East/South-South Nigeria, Principal Manager/Business Head, Trans Amadi PH mega branch respectively.

Babatunde Adegoke

Associate Senior Consultant

Babatunde has over 18 years work experience in the financial sector with more than 8 years spent at senior management levels. His industry experience is in Corporate, Commercial and Investment Banking. Over the many years, he has been deeply involved in project financing, trade and structured finance, structuring of complex transactions, funds management, capital raising and developing new businesses.

He is known for leading and motivating business teams that exceed corporate expectations, a knack for business development with established track record of success in significantly growing enterprise value and he successfully handled several multimillion dollar projects and delivered within specific timelines.
Babatunde has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Lagos.
