Taslim Animashaun, LL.B (Hons), LL.M, Cantab. B.L - Chairman of the Board. Taslim Animashaun is a partner in the law firm of Animashaun, Animashaun & Associates. A graduate of law of the University of Buckingham with a Masters degree obtained from Cambridge University. A passionate Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria enrolled in 1983. He is a target driven and goal oriented Lawyer. An active member of various organizations including the Nigerian Bar Association; International Bar Association; and a Fellow of BRIPAN (Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria).
Taslim in actively involved in General Litigation, Conveyancing, Capital Markets and Finance Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Administration of Estates and Family Law, Land law with a passion for Wealth preservation. He is a Legal consultant/advisor to several companies in various sectors of the economy.
He co-authored the book entitled Succession, Wills and Probate in Nigeria published in 2002 and has just completed his second book on Landlord and Tenant Law. He is currently working on a book in the area of Corporate Insolvency and Bankruptcy law in Nigeria.
He is a non-executive director in several Indigenous and Foreign companies spanning various industries such as Banking, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Health Care. He was an active member of the Lagos State Judicial Service Commission (the statutory body responsible for, among other things, the appointment, promotion and disciplinary control of Judicial and non-Judicial Staff of the Lagos State Judiciary) from 2010 to 2015.

Philip Ikeazor - Director/Principal Consultant. Philip has thirty years experience in the financial sector largely in Corporate and Investment Banking. He handled commercial banking and offshore banking assignments as Managing Director/CEO of Ecobank Kenya Ltd, affiliated to the Ecobank Group.A Chartered Accountant in with stints in the manufacturing industry, commenced banking career in 1990 working for Nigerian American Merchant Bank then affiliated to Bank of Boston MA, USA and trained as a loan officer, and then worked at Merchant Banking Corporation, Nigeria previously affiliated to Bank Paribas, and also in United Bank for Africa Plc, as General Manager Corporate & Investment Banking and Group General Wholesale Bank at various times. Appointed Executive Director Corporate Banking and Treasury at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc in September 2009, and also handled Union bank’s recapitalization by new core investors. Philip also held the fort at Keystone Bank Limited as CEO from March 2013 to March 2017, when he handed over to new investors upon successful divestment by AMCON.
Philip served as a Member Governing board, ICRISAT – International Crop Research Institute for the Semi Arid Tropics, India (A member of the World Bank Led Consultative Group on International Agric Research) 2006 – 2012. Non-Executive Director of Union Bank UK 2009 – 2013, Non-Executive Director Orient Bank Uganda 2013 -2015. He is an Alumnus of CEIBS-Wharton- IESE Business School Global CEO Program, attended programs at Harvard Business School and Wharton School of Business. Philip graduated with B.Sc Economics from University of Buckingham and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Aderonke Adedeji, Director. Mrs Adedeji is currently the Managing Director of Leadway Pensure PFA, a leading Pension Fund Administrator . Prior to that she was an Executive Director with MBC International Bank Limited and MBC Securities Limited, Aderonke was Head of Capital Issues Division of ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers) for 7 years from where she moved to MBC International Bank Ltd in 1993.
Her experience covers Corporate Services and Securities, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking and Retail Banking. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and a Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA)
Dapo Osula, Director. He is a seasoned Marketer with vast managerial experience & expertise in Marketing. A graduate of Agriculture (1987) and an MBA holder who majored in Marketing (1997), both degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile – Ife Nigeria. He's also attended various local and international Management training programmes.
He is the Managing Director of Azenie Limited, a promotional and merchandising support company, with over 18 years work experience, specializing in Marketing. He also worked in various positions with Vigeo Limited between 1997 and 2005, and was the Eastern Regional Head of Vigeo Limited. In this period, Dapo was key in developing new markets and clients, which included Shell (Port Harcourt), ExxonMobil (Eket), Totalfina Elf (Port Harcourt), NLNG (Bonny) and Agip (Port Harcourt).
Dapo was also a regular facilitator and presenter for the Fate Foundation Entrepreneurial development training programme. In 2005, he voluntarily resigned and took up appointment with Azenie Limited.
Omowumi Ikeazor is director at Tideway Advisory with oversight for accounting services, accounting software and tax consultancy. A graduate of Accounting from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Her work experience covers stints in the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Food Specialties Nigeria Limited (now Nestle Foods Plc.) 1985 -1986 NYSC, Duro Ogboye & Co Chartered Accountants 1986 – 1996. Campaign Palace Limited Financial controller April 1996 – December 1998 , D.O Professional Services where she has handled jobs in the field of Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, Secretarial Services, Investigations and Management Consultancy for clients in varied industries such as Manufacturing, Aviation, Transport, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Printing, Merchandising, etc. 1998 to date.
Chris I. Okoro (HCIB), Associate Lead Consultant. Chris is an experienced banker with over 26 years in the industry. He held positions of responsibility and leadership that cuts across the different strata of banking in both Nigerian and International banks; branch banking, treasury sales, commercial and corporate banking, credit risk and remedial management/recovery and with track records of excellent performance and recognitions.
He joined Chartered Bank now mergerd with Stanbic Bank (CB) in 1991 and was the pioneer staff and Head of Credit and Marketing, Aba branch (CB’s second branch outside of Lagos). He was with Merchant Banking Corporation then affiliated to Bank Paribas and now merged with First Bank of Nigeria Plc (MBC) for ten years where he was Head, Credit and Marketing, Port Harcourt (PH) Branch, Branch Manager Warri, Regional Manager, East and Head Treasury sales, Lagos. Between 2003 and 2008, Chris was at Ecobank Plc and United Bank for Africa Plc as Senior Manager/Zonal Coordinator South-East/South-South Nigeria, Principal Manager/Business Head, Trans Amadi PH mega branch respectively. In 2008, he was appointed by Intercontinental Bank as Regional Business Controller, South-South Nigeria and Regional Director, South East Nigeria in 2010. Chris worked briefly with Access Bank before being headhunted to join Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) as Area Head, Corporate and Institutional Banking, East Nigeria in 2012. Between 2016 and 2018, he was the Area Head, Group Special Assets Management, SCB West Africa (covering Nigeria, Cameroon and Cote D’Ivoire).
Chris is a graduate of Economics from Imo State University (now Abia State University) and holds an MBA from the University of Benin. Chris is also an honorary member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has attended several local and international training programs in different areas of banking, accounting, relationship management, leadership, etc. He is married with children.
Babatunde Adegoke, Associate Senior Consultant. Babatunde has over 18 years work experience in the financial sector with more than 8 years spent at senior management levels. His industry experience is in Corporate, Commercial and Investment Banking.
Over the many years, he has been deeply involved in project financing, trade and structured finance, structuring of complex transactions, funds management, capital raising and developing new businesses.

Ubohmhe Glenn Olowojaiye , Associate Senior Consultant. Glenn has years of experience that cuts across different roles and in different sectors. He is a tax expert with focus on tax planning & advisory, tax due diligence, tax audit and investigation. His experience also includes risk & compliance in Oil & Gas Upstream as well as deal origination, credit structuring and relationship management as a Corporate/Investment banker spanning over 16 years.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and member of Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (CITN). He obtained B.Sc. Accounting from Ambrose Alli University, M.Sc. (Energy Studies with specialization in Energy Finance) and LLM (Petroleum Taxation & Finance) both from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, UK and holds an Executive MBA of the Lagos Business School. He has ACCA IFRS certification.
Glenn is a thought leader and public policy analyst on the economy and developmental issues with several articles in major national newspapers and international journals. He also presents papers at conferences. He is a recipient of the prestigious Society of Petroleum Engineers’’ (Int’l) award for outstanding service as a Technical Editor of its Economics and Management journal in New Orleans, Louisiana
